My philosophy:“My philosophy is rooted in curiosity and a deep awareness of patterns—both visible and hidden. I hold space for emotional presence, while weaving in pause, playfulness, laughter, and the quiet guidance of nature.”

About Me

I am a Jai Certified Parent Coach and a Certified Biomimicry Specialist. Biomimicry is the practice of looking to Nature for inspiration to solve everyday challenges.Over 12 years ago, I left my career as an architect to start a family. In those early years, I often found myself stuck in reactivity with my boys. I knew there had to be a better way than shouting, blaming, or shaming—myself or them. Discovering positive parenting at my son’s Montessori school set me on a path of self-discovery and growth. As I deepened my understanding of emotional intelligence, brain science, and child development, I still found myself yearning to move beyond reactivity and truly embrace my authentic self. That calling led me to train as a Parent Coach with the Jai Institute for Parenting.Through this journey of healing and self-love, I learned to unconditionally accept myself and, in turn, build a profound bond of unconditional love with my sons. Today, I draw on both lived experience and professional training to support other parents on their path. As my spiritual teacher Suzi Lula says, “Your own transformation is your greatest credential.”

“From our first session, I felt truly seen and heard. Crystal guided me through the 12-week course content whilst gently challenging me to let go of patterns of behaviour and beliefs that weren’t serving me. The course gave me tools I use every day and helped me understand myself in ways I never had before. It’s the best thing I’ve done for myself in years.” – Sinead, mum of two

“Crystal’s kind, non-judgmental guidance gave me clarity as my children entered the teen years. Our sessions helped me understand where I’m at as a parent and where I want to be! Her approach was exactly what I needed to refresh my parenting and bring more peace into our home.” – Ciara, mom of five

“I left the workshop buzzing with ideas and relief about how I was doing as a parent. Crystal led our group in a relaxed way, with colourful visuals, engaging stories and gentle invitations for participation and sharing.” – Roisin, mother of three

“Crystal is a natural speaker—relatable, insightful, and positive. I left with a fresh perspective and actionable tools to improve communication and strengthen bonds with my kids..” – Sandra, mother of two

"Authenticity is the quality of being true to oneself and the capacity to shape one's own life from a deep knowledge of that self."
